7 Mother’s Day Events on the Gold Coast in 2021

1. Mother’s Day at QT Gold Coast.

Head to the QT Gold Coast for Mother’s Day 2021 to make mum feel truly spoiled. With 180 minutes of spaQ bliss, a Palm Springs themed High Tea and Mimosas in the Sunset Lounge, this is an experience she won’t forget.

If you want to take your mum out for a special treat, then book a high tea on the Gold Coast! QT Gold Coast, Walrus Social House and other restaurants are hosting high teas to celebrate this special day.

2. Mother’s Day High Tea Cruise.

Taking off from Surfers Paradise, the Mother’s High Tea Cruise will take you past stunning Gold Coast views, all while enjoying delicate snacks and drinks. Choose between a morning session (9:30am to 11:00am) or an afternoon cruise (3:00pm to 4:30pm) to celebrate this special day.

With three-tiered platters of sweet and savoury treats, a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, a vessel decorated with flowers and stunning views, what more could you ask for?

3. Mother’s Day Classic.

Dress up and walk or run for those impacted by breast cancer at the 2021 Mother’s Day Classic event on the Gold Coast. Held at Broadwater Parklands, you can sign up to claim your race pack, arrive at your assigned time and use your phone to scan your digital QR code.

Choose between either 4km or 8km, with times starting from 8:00am with 30-minute start intervals.

4. Mother’s Day luncheon at O’Reilly’s.

This Mother’s Day, head to O’Reilly’s Luncheon from 11:30am to 2:00pm for stunning views of the Gondwana Rainforest, while enjoying delicious sandwiches, savoury platters, cakes and desserts. You’ll be greeted with a complimentary glass of O’Reilly’s sparkling wine and receive a special gift bag for your mum.

5. Mother’s Day paint and sip.

A Mother’s Day paint and sip on the Gold Coast is another fun activity for you and your mum this year. At ‘paint and sips’ you will receive a canvas and paint supplies to help you recreate a painting during the guided experience, all while enjoying a glass of wine.

7. Mother’s Day luxury clay and high tea.

Head to Stoka Clay Studio in Currumbin Valley for their Mother’s Day luxury clay and high tea experience. The 2-hour hand building workshop and high tea is a unique experience, with excellent food to enjoy while creating a beautiful vase with your mum.
