Open 7 days a week, the Rockhampton Leagues Club is the perfect place to pick up some much-needed brunch. With their coffee shop open from 9am, this is a great option to stop by and enjoy a delicious coffee along with a light meal. Whether you’re after a toasted sandwich or some cake with your coffee, the varied menu here will keep you satisfied! They also offer lunch from midday, so if you’re stopping by a little later you can take advantage of their $10 lunch specials!

So now you’ve had a bite to eat, you’re ready to tackle the first part of your day. Head over to the Archer Park Rail Museum, which is a short 3-minute drive (or if you’re feeling adventurous, a 7-minute walk) from the Rockhampton Leagues Club. This museum covers the history and development of Rockhampton’s railway system, which dates back more than 100 years. Built in 1899, this museum is a must-see for anyone who loves history, trains, or both! Adult tickets are just $9.
