GC's 4 ultimate green smoothie recipes

If you have been trailing the internet for the best green smoothie and have had no luck, fear not! We have done our research and found out the best blends of greens for both your tastebuds and insides.

– 1 cup of kale
– 1 cup of spinach
– 1 cup on 100% fresh apple juice
– 1 cup of 100% coconut water
– 3 cups of your favourite fruit
– A sprinkle of chai seeds
– A teaspoon of LSA (linseed, sunflower and almond blend)
Place all the leafy greens into a blender along with the chai seeds and LSA. Pour the juice into the mixture and blend. Once the mix has fully liquified, turn off the blender and and add the excess fruit before blending once again. When the mixture is smooth in consistency, pour over ice and serve. If you can’t drink the whole smoothie at once, add some lime juice, bottle it up, and consume within 24 hours.
