Mocktail recipes to try at home

Wanting to spice up your girls night with some mocktails? Well we have some yummy recipes for you! Check out our mocktail list and don’t be afraid to add a shot or two if you’re 18+.

Virgin Cosmopolitan

Perfect for your inner Carrie from Sex and the City, give this recipe a whirl if you like your drinks bittersweet:

  • 4 parts cranberry juice
  • 1 part lime juice
  • 1 part orange juice
  • 1 part sugar syrup
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 twist of orange

Fill a shaker with ice cubes and add all the ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the orange twist.

Virgin Apple Martini

To spruce up your regular apple juice, give this stellar mocktail a try:

  • 1 part sparkling apple juice
  • 1 part lemon-lime soda
  • 1/2 granny smith apple (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 dashes cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

Put all ingredients into a blender and and blend until smooth. Pour into martini glasses and serve with a wedge of apple.

Virgin Pina Colada

Perfect for a hot summer’s day, this drink will take you to a tropical paradise:

  • 1 part coconut milk
  • 1 part pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple (fresh or tinned, depending on preference)

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass (or half a hollowed pineapple) and garnish with an orange slice, pineapple ring, maraschino cherry—or all three!

Millionaire Sour

If you’re feeling fancy, you can’t go past this fabulous drink—definitely for those with a sour-loving palate:

  • 1 part lemon juice
  • 1 part ginger ale
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice

Add ingredients to a shaker and shake. Strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with a thin slice of lemon and a maraschino cherry.

Cucumber Mojito

The perfect refresher to any palate, this drink matches great company, great food and warm weather:

  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of white sugar
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and pureed
  • Ice
  • Soda water (or lemonade, depending on personal preference)

Puree cucumber in a blender with fresh lime juice and pour into a glass or pitcher filled with ice. Gently bruise lime wedges, mint and sugar with a mortar and pestle. Add these to the glass and top up with your choice of soda water/lemonade. To make a mocktail pitcher, simple double or triple the ingredients accordingly!
