Top 3 cocktail recipes to try at home

Okay, so perhaps there is an art to making cocktails that can take years to learn, but we have found three simple yet effective DIY recipes that will not only impress your tastebuds but also keep your wallet full. Happy mixing!

#1 Elderbubble Cocktail

Ingredients
– Cucumber slices soaked in vodka
– 1 shot of vodka
– A dash of elderflower cordial
– A splash of prosecco
– Fresh mint
Method
Pour the vodka into a tumbler glass. Add the elderflower cordial and vodka infused cucumber. Top with prosseco, garnish with fresh mint and serve.


#2 Orange Blossom

Ingredients
– 1.5 shots of dry gin
– 100ml tonic water
– 10ml orange blossom honey
– Ice
– Orange peel twist
Method
Pour the honey into a tall glass and add the gin. Stir completely and add ice. Feed the orange peel into the glass creating a spiral effect before adding the tonic water. Sprinkle any excess peel over the glass and serve with a straw.


 #3 Cranberry Pimms

Ingredients
– 275ml of Pimm’s No.1
– 100ml gin
-1ltr lemonade
-200ml cranberry juice
– 1 lemon, sliced
– Fresh mint and berries
Method
Fill a quarter of a large jug with ice and add all the liquids. Stir completely before adding the lemon, mint and berries to garnish. Serve into tumbler glasses.
