If you’re an exercise enthusiast who is participating in the Cairns Earth Hour night run, be sure to carb load after at Roscoes Redlynch to give your body the strength to recover after the 5km and 10km runs. The Earth Hour run is hosted by ‘Dynamic Running’ a passionate local running group who are a not-for-profit organisation that are dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle and eager to entice people to get among their group running programs around the Cairns area.
