Ingredients
- Bourbon (whiskey distilled in Bourbon Country in the USA)
- Fresh lemon
- Caster sugar
- 1 egg
- Orange bitters
- Cubed ice
Method
Fill a martini shaker with ice and put a teaspoon of sugar over the ice. Squeeze the juice of one lemon into the shaker and follow it up with a shot of whiskey. Add the white from one egg and a drop of orange bitters. Shake the mixture until it’s well blended and frothy. Strain into a glass and serve.
