Ingredients:
– 800g of high-quality mince beef
– 1 large red onion
– 1 large free-range egg
– 1-2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
– 10 savoury crackers
– 1 tablespoon of HP sauce
– Salt and pepper
– Olive oil
Method:
Start by finely chopping the red onion, before placing into a pan and frying on a low temperature. Add the garlic to the mixture and cook until golden. Meanwhile, smash up your savoury crackers into crumbs and place into a large bowl, along with the mince beef. Once cooked, add the onions and garlic to the mixture, along with the free-range egg, salt, pepper and HP sauce, combining well (don’t be afraid to use your hands!). Once the ingredients are fully combined, divide the mixture into 6 equal patties, drizzle with oil and place into the fridge.
And there you have it, the best beef burger recipe ever! Serve up your glorious patties with a delicious salad or enjoy them in a classic bun with a dollop of your favourite sauce—the choice is entirely yours!
