BigSound 2019
BIGSOUND in Brisbane has long been the breeding ground for emerging big names in the music industry. Artists such as Flume, Courtney Barnett, Seth Sentry and The Temper Trap are a few that kicked off their fame at BIGSOUND, so if you’re hunting for the next big thing, this is where to go! This year’s musical feast features names such as:

  • Avalanche City
  • JOY.
  • The Belligerents
  • Jesse Davidson
  • Stonefield
  • and Gang of Youths, to name a few.

Artists will be spread across 15 venues, including:

The Speakers

If you’re an aspiring muso, then you’re probably really interested in the speaker lineup for this year’s BIGSOUND. At the Judith Wright Centre of Contemporary Arts throughout the 9th to the 11th of September, there will be heaps of talks, masterclasses and networking sessions hosted by people who’ve been there and done it all. To name a few out of the 100+ speakers, there’ll be:
