The team at The Roadhouse are the owners of a whisky collection that would make lovers of the distilled spirit weak at the knees. Last year, World of Whisky ambassador, Dan Woolley relocated to Byron Bay – taking his extensive whisky collection with him. Meaning the Roadhouse now boasts the biggest whisky assembly in the entire country. But enough about whisky, why else would a middle-aged person want to spend the night there? It’s contemporary warm vibe and wide range of cocktails draws a somewhat sophisticated crowd which means there will never be a dull conversation all night.
