Wanting to look more youthful? We have some tips for you, to make sure you’re looking young and fresh!

Healthy food, healthy life

We’ve all heard the saying, you are what you eat. When it comes to your overall health, every cell in your body is impacted by the foods you eat; so it only makes sense to eat plenty of nutritious fruits and veggies if you want the best results for your body. Try to increase the amount of vitamins, antioxidants and fatty acids in your diet, as these will help with cellular regeneration and the production of elastin and collagen in your skin—keeping it firm.

Best anti-aging skin cream

Every time we switch on the TV, there are countless anti-aging advertisements, claiming to be the next big thing. But, there’s only one skin care product that can guarantee results and that’s sunscreen! Excessive sun exposure damages your skin and can cause wrinkles, freckles, uneven skin tones and dryness—not to mention skin cancer. Applying sunscreen throughout the year will help keep your skin looking youthful.

Fountain of youth

Again, water is a key factor in almost every single bodily process, particularly in the removal of waste through perspiration. If you want to avoid wrinkles and keep your skin plump and supple, try to drink about 2 litres of water a day.

Booze ban

Drinking excessive amounts of alcohol can dehydrate your body, depleting your skin of valuable vitamins and minerals. Also, too much grog makes it harder for your liver to flush out any impurities, which has a negative impact on your skin. If you don’t want to give up alcohol completely, try to limit the damage and stick to under 3 units of alcohol a day.
