Want to pamper yourself on a budget? Here are some simple DIY beauty hacks you can try at home using ingredients you can probably find around the house. Give yourself a relaxing pamper or new look!

Gentle makeup remover

What you need:

– Olive oil
– Cotton buds
You may not think it, but olive oil is a perfect natural agent for removing makeup. This popular oil is non-comedogenic (won’t clog your pores) and will leave your skin feeling fantastic. To remove mascara and eyeliner, simply dab a small amount of olive oil onto a cotton bud and gently rub onto your skin, wiping the makeup away.

Keen to perfect the ‘I just woke up like this’ look? Then this is a great DIY beauty hack for you! To achieve this radiant beach look, combine a cup of warm water with 1 tablespoon of sea salt, 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel. Mix all the ingredients together, place into a spray-top bottle and you’re ready to go! That effortless beach look is just a spritz away with this fantastic concoction!

Moisture-rich face mask

What you need:

If you’re suffering from dry and dehydrated skin, give this DIY facemask a go. To whip it up, mash together 1 tablespoon of avocado and 1 tablespoon of banana with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of orange juice. Once the ingredients form a smooth paste, apply the mask to your skin and leave on for 15 minutes.
