They feature eight different choices for those steak lovers; however, it is the Wagyu Scotch Fillet from Gippsland that is what blows your mind away. Their American broiler was imported from the States and is a unique technique that is used to make sure every piece of meat that touches your mouth falls apart beautifully. To complete the meal your Wagyu Scotch Fillet comes with a garnished lemon wedge, roast vine tomato, potatas bravas and rocket and parmesan salad.
